This is a fastest way to get information and a response. Phone calls are not answered due to business of an estheician being hands on in a one on one experience with thier client. Katrina tries to geet back to phone calls but this is not in an immediate bases. Emails can be answered after hours without respective boundaries.
No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.
Please allow 48 hours to cancel your service appointment, as this will give appropriate time to fill your canceled appointment to another client on the waiting list.
No-Shows and last minute cancellations WILL result in FULL charge of service appointment. In the case of a missed, no-showed or last minute changed appointment, client will be responsible to pay 100%, full charge of service in order to re-book no showed appoinment and a rescheduled appointment change when given less then the 48 hour notice.
Clients new to Trin Spa Skin and Wellness require a 50% deposit to hold appointment request.
